Notes: Barrell Bourbon Batch 30 is a meticulously crafted blend of straight bourbons aged 5 to 15 years, sourced from Tennessee, Indiana, Kentucky, and Wyoming. This expression offers a complex profile with notes of French cider, quince, peach cobbler, and fig on the nose. The palate reveals flavors of coffee ice cream, oatmeal raisin cookies, basil, fennel seed, and chai, leading to a finish of caramel, milk chocolate, orgeat, chestnut honey, and beeswax.
