Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.


Return Policy

We accept returns of most unopened items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

Customer-Initiated Returns

  • If the return is not due to our error, you are responsible for returning the item to Park Plaza Liquor and Deli.

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Park Plaza-Initiated Returns

  • If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item or damaged product), we will work with you to ensure a smooth and cost-free return process.

Unclaimed In-Store Pickup Orders

  • Items purchased for in-store pickup will be held for 3 months from the date of purchase.

  • After this time, if no alternative arrangements are made by the purchaser, the goods will be returned to inventory and no refunds will be processed.

Refunds

  • Bank processing time: 5–10 business days for your bank to finalize the refund.
