Penelope Barrel Strength 7 Year Bourbon presents the brand’s signature four-grain approach in a powerful, uncut expression. This limited release is a blend of straight bourbon whiskeys matured for 7 years in hand-selected new American oak barrels and bottled completely uncut and non-chill filtered.

The mash bill combines 70% corn, 23% rye, 5% malted barley, and 2% malted rye. At 115.2 proof, the whiskey delivers concentrated barrel character while showcasing the balance of sweetness, spice, and oak that defines Penelope’s four-grain style. Extended maturation adds depth to the profile, with caramel and barrel char complementing layers of fruit, nuts, and baking spice.
